Thomas Wrona, President/Owner, has been successful in the recruitment of candidates in both permanent and consulting positions. His focus is in Engineering with emphasis on Civil, Structural and Construction. Tom’s expertise lies in working closely with client companies to understand their culture, environment, and position requirements, to find the best possible candidates to fit their needs. His extensive recruitment experience of high caliber professionals has provided him with the expertise to understand client company and candidate needs, in order to satisfy the requirements of both. Vicki Starr, Vice President/Owner, has recruited candidates for both permanent and consulting positions, since 1993. Vicki’s prior 15 years of consulting and corporate experience in Information Technology have been of significant value in helping her to understand a client’s business, environment and culture, as well as a candidate’s experience, to properly match the position requirements of both. Her experience includes sourcing all levels of management and staff positions. The emphasis Vicki places on listening to and understanding client needs, as well as being sensitive to the cultural environment of clients, has greatly contributed to her success in meeting the staffing requirements of new and long-term clients. Claude Urbaniak, Sr. Recruitment Consultant, started his career in operations engineering and has 12 years of manufacturing, warehousing, and facilities engineering and project management experience. He subsequently moved into human resources and spent 10 years in compensation and benefits management. Claude has been recruiting since 2000. He started recruiting on the agency side, then moved to the corporate side as a contract recruiter. Claude then worked for two years developing a permanent placement division for nursing management professionals for a national medical staffing firm. For System TWO, Claude focuses on the business development and client relationship side of the business. His agency and corporate recruiting experience, combined with his engineering and human resources experience, give Claude the ability to provide outstanding service specifically catered to each client’s needs. Claude has his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, with an Industrial Engineering minor. His MBA focus is on Operations Management. He is also a Certified Compensation Professional.
