Mr. Thomas Wrona, President/Owner of System TWO, has many years of experience in the successful staffing of candidates in both permanent and consulting positions. His focus, since 1972, has been in the areas of Sales and Information Technology. Tom’s expertise lies in working closely with client companies
to understand their culture, environment, and position requirements,
to find the best possible candidates to fit their needs. His many

Ms. Vicki Starr, Vice President/Owner of System TWO, has recruited candidates for both permanent and consulting positions, since 1993. Vicki’s prior 15 years of consulting and corporate experience within Information Technology have been of significant value in helping her to understand a client’s business, environment and culture, as well as a candidate’s experience, to properly match the position requirements of both. Mr. Gary Brumbaugh, Sr. Recruitment Consultant, is a degreed electrical engineer with over 25 years of experience in high-tech electronics industry design, manufacturing, sales, and technical recruiting. Gary began recruiting in 1999 with a firm focused on nationwide searches for hardware and software engineers. Since then he has expanded his expertise to identify the best technical professionals, ranging from engineers to executive managers, in both commercial and government sectors of the electronic communications, networking, controls, instrumentation, automation, and semiconductor industries. Combining years in
technical business roles and over 6 years experience recruiting technical
professionals, Gary has the background to understand our clients’ requirements and to provide qualified candidates that
are on-the-mark in a timely manner. His focus is on the recruitment
of electrical hardware, software, and mechanical engineers, engineering
